All items from Eternal Love Pets are made-to-order and personalized specifically for you. Because each piece is uniquely crafted using your pet's photo and personal details, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once production has begun.

Quality Guarantee If your item arrives damaged, defective, or does not match your order details, we will remake or fully refund your order at no cost to you. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.

Order Cancellations You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, production will have begun and cancellations cannot be accepted.

Photo Submission After checkout, you will receive a link to submit your pet's photo and personalization details. Please ensure your photo is clear and high-resolution for the best result. We are not responsible for poor quality outcomes resulting from low-resolution images.
