1. Crafting & Production Time (Our Quality Standard)

Unlike generic mass-produced goods, each Eternal Love tribute is made to order:

• Custom Wind Chimes: Custom engraving on the wood wind catcher requires 1 to 3 business days.
• Custom Slate Memorial Stones: Slate cutting, laser photo engraving, and weatherproof coating require 3 to 5 business days to ensure high-fidelity detail and outdoor durability.

2. North America Shipping Times & Rates

Once crafting is completed, your safely padded parcel begins its air-freight journey. We use highly secure shipping lanes to North America (U.S. & Canada):

• Standard Secured Shipping (with Full Tracking): 7 to 12 business days to arrive at your doorstep.
• Shipping Cost: Free Secured Shipping for all orders over $50. Standard shipping is a flat rate of $4.99.

3. Parcel Progress Tracking

The moment your package is safely loaded onto our partner flight, we will send you a shipment confirmation email with a live tracking link (usually powered by DHL, UPS, or USPS). You can watch its progress as it makes its way safely home to you.
