• Customization Data: Pet name, birth/passed dates, memorial messages, and uploaded photos (which we use solely for laser-etching on our products).
• Payment Details: All credit card transactions are handled securely via certified Level 1 PCI-compliant payment gateways (like Shopify Payments, PayPal, Shop Pay, or Apple Pay). We never store or see your actual card details.

2. How We Protect Your Data

Your uploaded pet photos are safely processed through our local CAD design tools and strictly deleted from our servers 30 days after your order is safely delivered and verified.

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. We only share information with trusted third-party services necessary to run our shop (such as Shopify for hosting, Namecheap/Cloudflare for secure DNS, and DHL/UPS/FedEx for secure doorstep delivery).
